The formula

Each programme weights your three-year GPA and your Matura subjects with coefficients set by the university. Medicine weights biology and chemistry at 1.4; engineering weights maths.

What counts as competitive

Medicine: 9.3+
Law (UT): 8.6+
Computer Science (UT): 8.4+
Most other programmes: 7.0–8.0
